At OES we promote British values in a variety of ways.  These values are woven into our ethos, schools values.

The examples that follow are an indication of some of the ways we embed British values at OES.

Democracy
At OES, every voice has power, our students are active architects of their education experience. By connecting our "individual stories" and experiences to real-world action, we ensure students leave us as independent thinkers who understand that their contribution is vital to the whole.

Upholding the law
Understanding the "why" behind the rules builds the strength to follow them. We teach the value of laws, not just as restrictions, but as the framework for a safe, functioning society. Tolerance of others
