In the Classroom: Career paths are actively explored and discussed during our Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) lessons with Melissa Beeks, as well as during Employability lessons with Daniel Young.

Tracking Progress: Our teaching staff utilises the structured PfA framework to track, record, and feedback on opportunities that support our students' career decisions and aspirations.

Castle Way & Northlands Road
At Castle Way and Northlands Road, formal lessons do not focus on career paths due to the age and specific needs of the students; however, individuals are signposted to relevant staff who can provide tailored support.
