Supported Accommodation
Welcome to Oaktree Supported Accommodation,
We believe every young person should feel safe, valued and supported as they move towards independence. Our aim is to provide a stable and nurturing environment where young people can build confidence, develop life skills and take positive steps forward.
We see our role as being the final bridge into adulthood, ensuring young people leave us feeling prepared, confident and ready for what comes next.
We focus on building strong relationships and understanding each young person’s individual needs and goals. Support is tailored to help them grow in independence at their own pace, whether that is managing daily routines, engaging in education or planning for their future.
We place importance on respect, resilience, independence and positivity. These values guide our approach and help young people to overcome challenges and recognise their potential.
We also support young people to access education, training and employment opportunities, working closely with our wider provision to help them re-engage and build a positive pathway forward.
Our team work closely with local authorities, families and professionals to ensure young people feel heard, supported and understood throughout their time with us.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our service.
