Alternative Provision
Welcome to Oaktree Education Alternative Provision,
We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to feel successful, valued, and understood. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where students can rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve their full potential.
Our provision is built around four core values: Respect, Resilience, Independence, and Positivity. These values underpin everything we do and help shape a culture where students feel empowered to grow both academically and personally.
We aim for all of our students to have opportunities open to them. We want them to aspire to get qualifications and reach goals. We encourage out students to have aspirations after they leave the centre including going onto colleges or getting apprenticeships. We want to support our students in having goals in their futures and to support them on the pathways to achieve this.
We encourage our students to show respect for themselves, others, and the world around them. We aim for them to develop resilience when facing challenges. We encourage our students to build independence in their learning and decision-making. We aim to approach each day with positivity and hope for the future.
Through strong relationships, high expectations, and personalised support, all staff work hard to ensure every student feels heard, supported, and inspired to succeed. We are proud to work in partnership with families, schools, and external agencies to help young people overcome barriers and move forward with confidence. All students are given a bespoke timetable focusing on their interests. All lessons are one to one or with one other student to really support and meet the students where they are at enabling them to make progress at their own rate of learning.
Thank you for visiting our website and taking the time to learn more about our provision. We look forward to welcoming you and working together to help every student thrive.
